Acai Bowl

This is one of those things that makes me very envious of those living in California or in Australia- cute beachy cafes selling acai bowls topped with lots of delicious berries. It's not something you can really do the same here in England, I have no idea where to get those frozen acai packs to start off with!

Luckily I found a solution and a few weeks ago I had my first ever acai bowl. I wasn't disappointed for sure. It's super simple, really just frozen fruit and acai powder, but it's super tasty. Topping it with lots of fruit and granola is the norm!

You will need:

2 chopped up and frozen bananas
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen bluberries
2 tbsps acai powder

Simply throw everything into your food processor/blender and blend till smooth, then cover with granola and berries and enjoy!
