Mango Maca and Coconut Water Smoothie
I wanted a smoothie that was packed with flavour so I didn't feel like I was missing out on a tasty breakfast, I also wanted it to be nice and filling so it could keep me going for hours, not hungry again a little bit later. Well I came up with this smoothie and it ticks all the boxes. Keeps me full and energised, tastes good and it super nutritious too!
You will need:
2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 ripe fresh banana
1.5 cups coconut water (I use Zico)
1 tbsp maca powder (I use Organic Burst)
3 medjool dates
Simply throw everything into your blender and blend well until combined! It will make about a pint and a half of smoothie, so one big glass and a bit extra!
