Healthy Breakfast ideas featuring Rebel Kitchen

I was very flattered to be contacted by Rebel Kitchen to be their blogger of the month and get some yummy mylks sent to me for me to create some delicious things with! This first post is going to be all sorts of inventive ways of using their mylks as part of a healthy breakfast.

The mylks are dairy free, refined sugar free and preservative free and they come in lots of yummy flavours- cacao, banana, chai, choc orange and matcha green tea. Definitely try them!

Oatmeal/overnight oats
It's the obvious choice. Cook your oats in some of this delicious flavoured mylk for a creamy cacao oatmeal! Or soak your oats in the mylk overnight to make super creamy and flavoursome overnight oats.

Add some mylk to your pancake batter to make deliciously flavoured pancakes! It also works for waffles!

Make a smoothie using frozen banana and your choice of mylk for a filling and healthy breakfast!

Use it as milk for your cereal! Try puffed rice with the cacao milk for a healthy spin on Cocoa Pops! 

Chia Puddings
Mix a carton of mylk with 2-3 tbsps of chia seeds and leave in the fridge overnight. When you wake up in the morning you have a delicious breakfast to be topped with your choice of fruit, nuts, seeds, etc.

Banana ice cream
Pour in a little mylk with your frozen banana to make it smooth and creamy and add some yummy flavour!
