Vegan Dark Chocolate Chunk Superfood Cookies

These cookies make a perfect snack either mid morning or mid afternoon, they're packed with healthy fats and protein to keep you satisfied, plus the added dark chocolate makes them incredibly tasty too!

You will need:

1 cup almond meal
2 tbsps flaxseed
2 tbsps chia seeds
2 tbsps melted coconut oil
A handful of broken dark chocolate/chocolate drops
1/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup agave/maple syrup
Simply combine the above ingredients in a bowl. Place 8 even spoonfuls of the dough on baking paper on a tray and bake at 125C for approximately 30 minutes until they look brown and crisp on the edges.

    1. Maybe 3 or 4? I'm not 100% sure, sorry, you'd need to weigh it!

    1. In the recipe it says to split the cookie dough into 8, but you could make more smaller ones if you wanted :)
